Brad Little has been named the "Policy Champion" of the Year by the Idaho Technology Council.
The award is given to the governor's "work in promoting and growing technology in Idaho," the ITC says in a press release.
Little was also inducted into the council's Hall of Fame, which honors "iconic Idahoans who have changed the way we work and play," per the release.
Among the winners of this year's "Idavation" awards, per the Idaho Statesman: Alice Hennessey, founder of the Idaho Community Foundation, with the Mt.orah Visionary Leader Award; Stukent, with the Hells Canyon Emerging Company Award; the 6500 Ion engineered by Micron, with the Peregrine Innovative Technology Award; Sawtooth Stem Educator Awards toMisti Newby and Chad Maxton, Idaho educators who " integrate real-world STEM experiences and hands-on activities in the classroom"; and the Premier Technology owners, with the Hall of Fame induction.
